Yeah, there's a definite downturn in dialogue maturity from the first cartoon, which is the thing I was disappointed about the most, but there were also nice moments and it's the first story, so I'm still choosing to be hopeful. :v I wish they'd left well enough alone with EMH too, but this can't be worse than Ultimate Spider-Man. It can't be. It's already not because I didn't hate seeing it on my TV.

If the whole season sucks, I'll make a bitter rant-post. Till then, optimism ftw.

Happy to see that the new Avengers cartoon is (apparently? I think?) a continuation of the previous one, so all that character introduction/development won't be totally wasted. The first story was OK, nothing super cool yet but I'm hopeful. And Falcon. \o/

It took all my will not to bitch about that here. But seriously???? This shall not stand.

The new cartoon SUCKS. Avengers: EMH was REALISTIC. In Assemble, Hulk and Hawkeye smile and make jokes seconds after Captain America "died". Hulk tries to Hyyping KILL hawkeye for FUN. The villain waits (at the end of the second episode, which i bought on itunes, a waste of money) for the team to sort out their leadership issues so that they can attack him one by one. Falcon is totally different from his orignal, badass nature. He is a child and acts like one. (Autograph, seiously?). There are its good points, but at the end of the day, it will not replace EMH, because it's just like Ultimate Spider-Man. Childish and Illogical. That's what you get when Chris Yost is removed from storytelling duties.

I haven't seen the show myself but if its any like ultimate spiderman then it has no hope.

It can be just as worse cuz we have the same guys writing it. I was being an optimist, which is why i downloaded the second after the first being a piece of trash. I had such a deja-vu of Ultimate that i curled up in a ball and wished to die.

And Joss Whedon is in a contract with Marvel for two and a half more years. Could we a see a Ms.Marvel movie down the line? Or any other female Marvel characters?
This also confirms that Robert has yet to negotiate a rule, yet its been a month already. I guess there's still time, but it worries me.

A Scottish newspaper has reported that Karen Gillan has been given the role of Angela in GotG. How true is this, i do not know. But, yes, Angela is making a BIG, OVER-HYPED comeback in the comics, at the end of Age of Ultron and in GotG. Lets see what happens.
