20 years is only 1992.  That'd be the Clone Saga in regards to Spiderman.  You can get that crap from a quarter box at a lot of comic stores.  Stuff isn't bagged and kept like that unless it's from the 60s or earlier.  MAYBE early 70s or special editions/variants.

ive heard that that subscription is actually a good deal, since you can read as much as you can for the whole month, no restrictions as far as i know....*wishes she had it*

on another thought, i wonder if they are finally going to use the stark mansion in the Avengers 2?

DeviantArt's take on Loki always makes me laugh. Guys, I know Loki was kinda pretty and all, but I'm pretty sure hair that greasy disqualifies you from the bishie stakes. Not to mention the crazy eyes and that creepy grin which have featured in a grand total of two fanarts that have turned up during my random browsing.

There also seems to be a mass obsession with Jeremy Renner's butt... I dunno, I guess it's a nice butt and all, I just find my attention more diverted by Chris Hemsworth's biceps.

By the way, out of curiosity, where do you guys stand on people like me who are just getting back into the comics or getting into some of them for the first time because of the movies? Some longtime comic book fans seem to utterly despise it and are screaming "BANDWAGON" left and right, but I don't know, I figured a good part of the movies is that they make a good gateway to the complex mythos for new readers or people like me who read sporadic, scattered issues in older cousin's rooms as children and have no idea about anything regarding the continuity.

Jeremy Renner's arms are nice too xD The cast in itself is pretty muscular anyway, you get distracted everywhere with them! And yeah, people seem not to notice Loki's hair, and the fact that he needs to be in a nice little room with cushions on the walls! Though, kudos for Tom Hiddleston for being that creepy!!
I wonder how you can have redemption after trying to take over a planet, hmmm

1. We all have different tastes. And I don't even notice when his hair was greasy at the beginning, and as for his smile... I think it's quite attractive, and creepy at the same time. XD
2. People just like Jeremy Renner's butt. I do agree with them, it's a nice butt, but you don't have to obsess over butts that much. And quite frankly, I think it's hilarious the way people act towards his butt. XD

Another weird quirk about this fandom, is, well... people seem to think that Jeremy Renner and Scarlett Johannson are star-crossed lovers. I do not know why. XD

And I think it's fine, really. It's like with Harry Potter or The Hunger Games, after the movies came out. (Actually, maybe even before. My dad was reading the Hunger Games. ) Those comic-book fans just need to understand 'AU' (Alternate Universe).

I don't think it's star crossed lovers, they seem to be in that weird blurry relationship in between friendship and more. They are very tactile with each other and stuff, and if you've ever been in love with someone and acted a bit like that, you'll wonder 'what if' :)

@ Ranger: why? I don't know! Maybe it's the eyepatch, and mostly it's because it doesn't have weird hair like the black cat^^
