Japanese (Anything DC), Rap (I love M&M, no EMINEM!), Hip Hop (Dude, I like to dance), Country (Taylor Swift just had her concert!), Rock (I love local rock bands!), Techno (Don't even bother to ask why.) and other: POP (KATY PERRY!), Classic (I love Moonlight Sonata, Beethoven and Mozart dude!)

Japanese (although I cannot listen it), Rock (PARAMORE, YEAH!) Country (just a bit), and Other (Classical, Soundtracks of movies, animes and games), Classical (specially of Mozart and Beethoven) and Spanish music like La Oreja de Van Goh ^^

Here is the short list for me...

Rock, Trance, Experimental, Electronica, Jazz, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Funk, Classical... and anything else I deem that sounds good.

I listen to rock, alternative rock, pop, classical, a lot of instrumental soundtracks and OSTs from movies and video games.

Classical, metal, rock, experimental, jazz, folk, fado, electronic, various kinds of soundtracks etc etc. I like to discover music and like to listen everything except some commercial pop, rap and hip-hop.

I respect Opeth, Porcupine Tree and Massive Attack very much.

I'm a big fan of the Japanese video game composers like Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill), Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy), Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Cross), Motoi Sakuraba (Baten Kaitos), Yoko Shimomura (Kingdom Hearts)

Oh yeah, I really love the work of Mitsuda, Uematsu and Shimomura. Their songs were some of the first video game music I got.

I've grown to really enjoy Jeremy Soule (The Elder Scrolls), Jesper Kyd (Assassin's Creed series), Steve Jablonsky (The Sims).

In general I'm a massive fan of Koji Kondo (Legend of Zelda and Mario) and Joe Hisaishi (Studio Ghibli movies and then some). I don't listen to the radio much and so my musical tastes tend to be off the beaten path. Currently I've fallen in love with Yann Tiersen (Le Fabuleux Destin d'AmÃ©lie Poulain) and The New Pornographers.
