I gotta say, snape's death was kinda brutal, the entire theater was grimacing after it happened
Spoiler:
I didn't really think much of it. Then again, I was expecting something far more brutal, considering what had happened to the muggle-studies professor at the beginning of the movie. I mean, when Harry and the others went in to see him, he didn't look that bad off. He was bleeding from the neck, but he didn't seem to have any gaping holes or missing limbs.
McGonagall: I've always wanted to do that spell! <-- Best. Line. Ever.
And NevillexLuna, despite not actually being canon (it should've been, darn it!), I absolutely love that it was put in the film. Neville: I have to tell Luna I love her! We might all be dead by morning! (Or however he said it.)
Does anyone else pity Snape? I don't necessarily like his character, but I definitely pity him.

I might wake up early and go running. I also might wake up and win the lottery. The odds are about the same.

OH MY FU***** GOSH YES! IT WAS AMAZING! SHEER BRILLIANCE!
Spoiler: pro and cons
PROS:
McGonnagall. Just McGonnagall.
The epilogue. I JUST WANTED TO PINCH ALBUS'S CHEEKS. And, his name is awesome.
And I quote, 'NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH!'
Alan Rickman as Snape. It was just a beautiful portrayal in his memories, just how vulnerable he was.
Fred's death. Or just everyone's death really (except Voldemort and Bellatrix, of course. ). Like how with Fred, he and George were talking with each other. And with Lupin and Tonks, when they were reaching for each other. They just knew it was the end.
Ron pwning Hermione.
Ron and Hermione KISSING and then laughing.
They played the music from the ending of the first movie with Harry boarding the train. I would've cried right then if it weren't for my friend, April, laughing about how it is finally ending.
CONS:
None really, unless you count how they cut out the scene with the trio learning about Dumbledore and Grindelwald.
In other words: AWESOMESAUCE. It was completely awesome. Even more so than the book, I think.
While the last movie was pretty flipping awesome and they actually stayed pretty faithful to the book and did justice to it, I'm not happy with some decisions they made. But then again, I'm one of those fans that would sit through a 3 or 4 hour movie if they put everything in (of course, need bathroom and stretching breaks plockz).
Pulled from my post that I wrote when I came home from the midnight premiere the other day.
Spoiler:
There are a few things I'd like to complain about, but then this is just be me being nit-picky. I was worried they wouldn't do the resurrection stone scene and a few other things but I suppose it would have been really flipping stupid for them to leave those sorts of things out. I kept crying during the film, it was really well done. I had to hold back my tears otherwise I would've just started bawling haha.
Several things that bugged me:
1) Bank robbery (loved how Helena played Bellatrix in those scenes. Hilarious) I had wished those items that duplicated also burned and harmed them like in the book; what were they so worried about, being suffocated to death (unlikely) or being crushed by the weight of the items?
2) Throughout the movie when Harry was destroying the Horcruxes, Voldemort became visibly weaker, which bothered me; especially when he was so in front of his own followers. The pieces of his soul had been apart from him for so long, why should he have felt them being destroyed? Voldemort prized strength and power above all else and I felt it really undermined his character to weaken him like that.
3) It bothered me that when Voldemort "killed" Harry, the Dark Lord also passed out as well (though it was totally worth it because he pushed Bellatrix away and that was funny). I also wanted Voldemort to gloat more about Harry's Death.
4) I honestly wished they showed Percy, Fred and George reuniting during the Hogwarts Battle (even if we were never shown that Percy 'betrayed' the family) and Fred's death.
5) How Neville didn't kill Nagini after the speech he gave and how the final showdown between Harry and Voldemort was in the courtyard and witnessed by no one rather than in the Great Hall and witnessed by everyone.
6) How Voldemort died. I didn't like that he just crumbled away, that was pretty lame.
7) I also wish that after the battle, that Harry, Hermione and Ron, went up to the headmaster's office to mend Harry's broken wand rather than going out to the bridge to break the elder wand and throw it away. I was like ZOMGWTFBBQ
I was hoping to see him fix his wand as well.
Voldemort's death, yeah pretty lame.
I was hoping Neville's most awesome line ever "I'll join you when hell freezes over! Dumbledore's Army!" would be in it, but I can settle for an awesome speech.
One thing I find absolutely hilarious: awkward Draco/Voldemort hug.

Spoiler:
Yes, I laughed out loud when that happened even though it was a 'Sirius' moment. The whole theater laughed too haha. That movie was so great. I can't wait to see it again! They did justice to the series. I'm happy they did a good job.
So I watched the movie without having to watch Order of the Phoenix and the rest after that one. So yeah, I have no idea what was happening while watching. :V

Then go and watch the other movies before hand, you do not know how much you missed, dammit!
I almost didn't recognise Neville when I saw him in the film. He isn't chubby anymore and the the girl that was sitting next to my sister apparently kept drooling over him.
Spoiler:
I wasn't sure on pairing him up with Luna though and I was disappointed that they didn't include all the details about Ariana Dumbledore.

Spoiler:
I was extremely disappointed the movies did not delve very deeply into the past of Dumbledore and Tom Riddle like in the books. In the sixth movie, I was looking forward to seeing all the memories that people had of Tom Riddle. Boy did that movie disappoint. Who the heck were they kidding when they replaced the Hogwarts battle of that book with the lame-o fight at The Burrow?
I was also looking forward to seeing how the movies would deal with Dumbledore's past. But they just glossed right on over it.

I don't know about you but I found many negative things in the movie.
