I was under the impression that it was already known that the issue would crop up, since (iirc) it was present in the PS3 version of Fallout 3 as well.

It amuses me that the only advantage I have with a 360 instead of a PS3 is the two best games for it (Orange Box, Skyrim) are worse on the Ps3 version.
