Yo, don't worry about Michael Scott leaving, Will Ferrell is the shindiggity, I love all his movies and I believe he will bring to the Office what Steve brought and more!

Also, Creed and Kevin are the funniest, Dwight also

lol Andy's funny too at times, though sometimes it's kind of like he's trying too hard, same with Michael, except Michael (Steve) is so good at improv and in acting in general he pretty much just carries the whole show.

What's really funny are the minor characters who usually don't say anything and then have those awesome one liners, like Stanley, Creed, and Kevin. 

And Dwight is just friggin hilarious, have you seen the episode where he's at the gym working out with people on bikes, and then commandeers the entire workout?

Pam is sweet, always helping Michael - Jim is a rather bland character, he's gotten better (before he was just this annoying prankster).
