o_0 ..Did you buy an xbox 360 slim?  If so, then there is built in wifi, thus you are correct.  However, being able to connect to the internet and using xbox's live functionality are two different things.  You must be connected and pay a monthly fee (xbox live) in order to use Microsoft's servers for games.

If you did not purchase an xbox 360 slim, it does not have built in wifi, meaning you either need a wireless adapter for the xbox, or an ethernet cable for a direct connection.

It was a Christmas Gift. I don'ttttt know! I just know it's the newest one, 250G.

xbox live isnt too bad, just don't talk to people.  I never put on my microphone unless I'm playing with people I actually know

That's definitely the Xbox Slim. Sweet gift you have there . Go on, and try the multiplayer now! Woohoo!
I only have the Wii version of Black Ops, but the graphics does not take away the fun of the multiplayer. Now, just imagine playing multiplayer in full HD *winkwink*

If not, you have an xbox slim. The angle may just be different making the xbox look slimmer.

I'm playing it right now, the campaign is okay. Not as interesting as I thought it would be,

But I'm waiting to start the multiplayer. I want to get use to the controls before I do that.
