help me find a song?

I can't place it! It is a pretty dramatic-sounding musical insert that either comes in when there's a confession or a revelation (I think), but it's not the typical theme.
The end of the song is something like:
a bunch of downward scales, a bunch of upward scales, and a long trill

I can't find it in any of the episodes I have; if this seems at all familiar, could someone point me to an example please?
